With over 28 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional mobile phlebotomy services with compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence.

Sandra has extensive experience performing venipuncture on patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Her expertise includes specimen collection, medical terminology, patient registration, laboratory test order entry, electronic health records (EHR), and laboratory result retrieval.

Known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to patient comfort, Sandra strives to make every blood collection experience as stress-free and convenient as possible. Through Vitality Phlebotomy Mobile Services, she is committed to providing reliable, high-quality mobile laboratory collection services while treating every patient with dignity, respect, and compassionate care.

Kevin Welch serves as the Administrative and Information Technology Manager for Vitality Phlebotomy Mobile Services, LLC. A retired United States Navy Chief with 24 years of distinguished military service, Kevin brings strong leadership, organizational expertise, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of business operations.

He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and has over 15 years of experience in information technology, systems management, and technical support. 

Kevin oversees the administrative and technology functions of the company, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable day-to-day operations. His expertise includes information systems management, cybersecurity awareness, technical troubleshooting, process improvement, and operational support, allowing Vitality Phlebotomy Mobile Services to provide seamless, dependable service to both patients and healthcare partners.

Our Mobile Phlebotomists are experienced, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Each team member maintains a safe driving record and follows strict safety, infection prevention, and specimen collection protocols to ensure every visit is conducted in a clean, safe, and sterile environment.

For the safety of our patients and staff, all phlebotomists wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all applicable healthcare standards and best practices.
