Sandra Welch is a Certified Phlebotomist and owner of Vitality Phlebotomy Mobile Services, LLC. She has over 25 + years of experience in the medical field with proven phlebotomy skills with infants, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients. She demonstrates knowledge in medical terminology and computer knowledge in patient registration, test order entry, and result retrieval. 

Kevin Welch is a retired Navy of 24 years and has a master's degree in Information Technology with over 10 years of experience. 

Our Mobile Phlebotomists have a safe driving record and pride themselves on being responsible and maintaining a safe and sterile environment during their visit.  All phlebotomists are required to wear Personal Protected Equipment (PPE). All appointments will be confirmed the day before.
